Driving from South Bay Beach cities:

1. Take Sepulveda Blvd north, pass LAX Airport, turn right onto La Tijera Blvd
2. Arrive at 8729 La Tijera Blvd on the left (the last intersection is Sepulveda Eastway if you reach Truxton Ave you've gone too far).

Driving from Long Beach, Torrance or inland cities south of LAX:

1. Take I-405/San Diego Fwy north toward Santa Monica
2. Transition to the ramp right for I-105/Century Fwy west toward El Segundo (2.4 miles)
3. At exit 1c, take ramp right for SR-1 North/S Sepulveda Blvd toward LAX Airport.
4. Turn right onto La Tijera Blvd.
5. Arrive at 8729 La Tijera Blvd on the left (the last intersection is Sepulveda Eastway if you reach Truxton Ave you've gone too far).

Driving from the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica or cities north of LAX Airport:

1. Take I-405/San Diego Fwy south.
2. At exit 48, take ramp right and follow signs for La Tijera Blvd.
3. Turn right onto La Tijera Blvd (Chevron on the corner).
4. Arrive at 8729 La Tijera Blvd on the left (the last intersection is Sepulveda Eastway if you reach Truxton Ave you've gone too far).

PARKING:

Ample parking in parking lot at the back of the building. Additional parking across the small street of Sepulveda Eastway in the Staples parking lot. Prohibited parking between First Federal Bank and Staples. Watch for signs!! Limited parking on La Tijera Blvd in front of office.
